Astrid for Android is easy to use and simple to understand, create tasks to have them organized and be reminded of them in a nice list form. Of coarse it gets a lot deeper than that, the app can do tagging, set reminders, prioritize tasks, hide tasks and it syncs with Remember the Milk.
