Do need an armband for this to work or can you put this in your pocket/hold it?
How do I download this app?
I have a problem where the application goes into pause mode 7-8 times each 1.6 miles even though I am in clear sky view and moving. Is there a fix for this?
Sabrina, you don’t need an armband. I just use my holster while running with my dogs. I love this app!
Greg, if you have barcode scanner installed, run it on your Droid or Android device and scan the image on this page – the black and white image. It will automatically take you to the app. Alternately, you can search for CardioTrainer in the Android Market. It is free.
Joe, that isn’t a bug. You have auto-pause on. Click on settings and disable autopause.
Can I view my workout online?
This is great! Been using it for a few months now. Will there ever be integration with a heart rate monitor? If it had that, I would throw away my Polar and I could have everything in my droid!
motodroid. worked 1 workout. then would only work on running mode and then would freeze if you paused it. uninstalled and reinstalled then wouldn’t even work for a short walk without freezing up . and yes i couldn’t have had a clearer view of the sky. any help or is this just one more app that only works for some people some of the time?
also never would show long and lat even though setting was on. and as far as settings go i tried them all. as far as gps i had it on exact because the first time trying it was not accurate on any other setting.
auto pause was disabled.
I had the Cardio Trainer app on my droid and now I have the Droid X with the cardio trainer app. Is there a way to transfer my workout history without having to do it manually?
Is anyone else having trouble with the distance calculator? It’s often off by as much as 2-2.5 miles for my longer runs compared to what I calculate in Google Earth or http://www.daftlogic.com/projects-google-maps-distance-calculator.htm
It always overestimates my mileage even though it accurately shows my split distances.
Having problems with tracking miles. It’s reporting my distance by yards. How can I change the report to miles? This problem occurred on the new phone. Also it did not track miles walked. It appeared the GPS wasn’t working.
Outside the country, have no GPS available when outside of WiFi signal. Is there any way to enable this on the phone? It told me after a 32 minute run that I ran 242.42 miles, I’m not that good.
