There was a recent update to this application to make it work on the Motorola Droid and future updates will make this app work even better.

Key Ring the Android app from Froogloid replaces all your membership club cards. Some of you probably have a couple of these plastic membership cards on your key chain right now, stop the madness and get rid of them with this neat little application.

Keyring works on just about any card that has a barcode such as gym memberships, video rental cards, and those grocery discount cards. Use the app to scan your various cards which is then stored on your Droid phone, you can categorize each card in a nice little drop down menu for later use.

Now all you need is your Droid phone next time you go rent a movie and let the clerk scan your phone. There’s something kinda cool about that.
