Use the Droid’s GPS to record and track your outdoor exercise activities with the app My Tracks. The app provides really useful information such as your distance, speed, time and elevation. Track your runs, hikes, walks or whatever you crazy kids do for exercise these days.

Features:

  • View location and your progress on a map
  • View real-time stats such as your time, distance, speed and elevation
  • Upload your stats to Google Maps and/or Google Docs
  • Embed Google Map to website
  • Email as Google My Map link
  • Share your My Map like on Twiiter with Twidroid

Cannot upload map. Have done it before, many months ago. but does not seem to work now. Not sure if it’s broke or I’m broke…

Excellent app! Has a nicely selected set of features: not to much to make it impossible to use, yet enough to do *almost* everything you could want. I would pay ~$5 for this app.

Works very well. GPS located me within about 3 feet of my actual location. My only gripe is that I wish it had the capability to track different paths on the same map.

The mileage is way off, I tracked 2.54 miles on my phone, my Jeep tracked 1.8. I trackes 3.38on my phone 2.5 on my Jeep. That is 74%. something is wrong. I love the map and if you get lost you can get home. mileage is a problem

Great app! It’s the envy of my iPhone-toting cyclist friends.

I downloaded it to Droid X, had phone set to Airplane mode, Settings/Location & security set to: Use Wireless networks, and Use GPS satellites BOTH enabled – was outside, yet it did not seem to work, no info on statistics page at all. Subsequent test of GPS with Navigator app proved GPS was working. Don’t know why this app failed.
