If you made the QR code a clickable link would I be able to get the app from my phone? Seems strange that there is no way to get to the app from your website.

Try scanning the QR Code with your Android phone or open up the market place from your phone and do a search for the app. And as a added bonus the QR Code is now click-able from your phone.
