Where – The Swiss Army knife application for the Droid

by DroidGeek on November 29, 2009

Here’s an app that can replace several different apps you may already have on your Droid.

The application is called “Where”, and its a GPS location based app that does weather, news, movie showtimes, Yellowpages, YELP, local gas prices, Starbucks locator, and traffic all in one package.

I can’t find this one. The bar code scan does not take me to the website. I have searched the android market but it has the listings in no particular order, tired of looking for it.

Are they making this one hard to get? The links just take me in a circle back to the beginning. At the android market (on my phone) the app window will not open past the first 12 in top free and travel. As I stated in my previous post, the bar code scan can’t locate the site either. I am using the Hero on Alltel if that makes a difference. Thanks for any help.

I can’t get “where” to load with the bar scan and I can’t find shapewriter in the market. I also have a hero on Alltel. Any help out there?
